School Supply Donations

School Supply Donations

Woodstock Public Schools received some very generous donations of school supplies which were distributed to some students at the beginning of the school year. The Church of the Good Shepherd of West Woodstock donated the school supplies, and have generously supported Woodstock Public Schools for many years with their donations to students and their families.

If you are still in need of a backpack or some school supplies for this school year, please contact the nurse's office or the school counselor's office.

Nurses Notes and Reminders

NURSE’S NOTES AND REMINDERS:

A reminder that students may not carry any medication to school; a responsible adult must bring all medication to school to the nurse.

Medications may be given in school by school personnel if a written order from the doctor is received by the school nurse.  Medication forms are available through the nurse's office.  Medications cannot be accepted without the doctor's order and signature on the Medication Authorization Form.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the school nurse.
